This association is composed of just over 400 homeowner households located at the intersection of Pflugerville Pkwy and Heatherwilde Blvd in Pflugerville, TX.
The board members of Springbrook HOA are homeowners just like you. They are all unpaid volunteers who care about their community and the people who live here. The purpose of this assocation is to protect our neighborhood integrity and value through enforcement of HOA and city rules, regular maintenance, coordinating community involvement and communication, and arranging enhancements / beautification projects. Your quarterly dues make this possible, and we need your help to ensure that Springbrook is the best subdivision in Pflugerville.
Sign up for a committee or join a social group. If you are planning repairs or remodels, email the Architecture Committee for approval. Make sure to visit our HOA Park regularly to see the most recent improvements!
