Please note that you must ask the Architecture Committee for approval of your project BEFORE you begin work when:
Adding playground equipment to your backyardAdding a shed to your back yard
Replacing your Roof
Changing external paint colors
And many more changes/improvements may need prior approval.
If you are at all unsure of what will meet with HOA approval, send us an email!
