Dues Increase for 2010
As many of you may have noticed, the Springbrook Owners Association dues increased in 2010 by 5%. This has changed the dues from $55 per quarter to $57.75 per quarter, for a total of $231 per year, and residents still have the ability to save 10% by paying dues for the entire year by January 31st. The last time we increased dues was in 2007. It is the intention of the board to keep the dues as low as possible while still maintaining appropriate funds to be able to pay for expenses that are incurred annually. These expenses include items such as utilities, maintenance, landscaping at the entrances and park, property management, improvements, and community events.
