You can now pay your homeowner dues over the internet with PayPal.

Please pay your dues on time

If you don't pay on time, you will be subject to fines for late dues. Furthermore, if you get behind an entire years worth of dues you will be eligible for lien filing and possible foreclosure. Please see the dues fine amounts on the side of this page.

What is PayPal?

PayPal is an account-based system that lets anyone with an e-mail address securely send and receive online payments using their credit card or bank account.

Is PayPal secure?

Yes. PayPal uses SSL technology to keep your information safe. In addition, when you send a payment using PayPal, the recipient won't receive sensitive financial information like your credit card or bank account number. This way, you don't have to worry about paying people you don't know.

How do I pay more than one quarter?

This system will allow you to enter 1,2,3,4 units (or more). Each unit will count as a single quarter.

I owe an amount different than the "standard" amount, can I still use PayPal?

Yes, please send a request and how much you wish to pay to dues@springbrookhoa.com - we will then e-mail you a "request for payment" for the amount you specify.

Does it cost money to sign up for PayPal?

No. It is free to open and send money using a PayPal account. The Springbrook Owners Association does charge $2.50 to recover the the service fees needed to set up an on line transaction.

Do I need a PayPal account to pay HOA dues?

Yes. Please create a PayPal account. Reference dues@springbrook.com.
