Park Grand Opening
The first Party In the Park this year will be celebrated June 30th. Come out and enjoy free food, live band and fun for the kids.  As you may have noticed the park has been closed for renovations over the last few weeks.  Many upgrades have been completed which will make our park a wonderful place for your family to enjoy.  New improvements include an longer and improved walking path, sprinkler system, new grass, refurbished playground area, and a park pavillion with park picnic tables now available for rental (see below).

NEW Park Pavillion is available for party rental  Refundable deposit is required for access to electricity.

About the Association

This association is composed of a little more than 400 home owner households like yours. If you live in Springbrook then you may have recognized the importance from time to time and necessity  of an HOA.

The board members of SBOA are home owners just like you. They are genuine in their interest and well being of the neighborhood. The board members and the association sole purpose is to maintain and improve neighborhood integrity and value by enforcement of rules, regular maintenance and capital improvements when possible.
